Together We Are Stronger
Team CFC ❤️
At CFC, we are a family united by faith, working, playing, and worshiping together. Each member brings unique talents and gifts, and we collaborate to serve our community, support one another, and share God's love. Our church is a place where service goes beyond tasks—it’s about purpose and building meaningful connections in all we do.
We believe joy is a gift, and through fellowship, laughter, and shared experiences, we strengthen our bonds as a family. Worship is at the heart of our community, where we come together to praise God and invite His Spirit into our lives. At CFC, we don't just come to church; we live out our faith in every moment.
OUR VISION
Christian Fellowship Church is a family of believers where every individual can encounter the life changing presence of God and experience the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. We want to be a community where people feel cared for and encouraged to grow into all God has intended for them. We desire to see every individual trained, equipped and sent out to fulfill the mission of Jesus by spreading the message of His love and power through their daily life.
OUR VALUES
-
God is Very Good. We celebrate God’s goodness, knowing that His nature is compassionate, so we never blame Him for bad things. This fills us with faith for the miraculous and hope that the best is yet to come.
-
We Hunger for His Presence. We find our identity and our fruitfulness as we live in His presence. We believe we carry His presence with us wherever we go, and we rejoice when others encounter His presence.
-
Worship is a Priority. We worship freely because of His grace. We have the expectancy that when we celebrate Jesus, people will encounter God’s presence, surrender to Jesus, and obey His call.
-
Prayer is Vital. We choose to make prayer a focus and take time to intercede for our church, our families, our communities, our government and for our world. Scripture encourages us to Always Pray! (Eph. 6:18)
-
Our Message Requires Power. The Holy Spirit releases healing, prophecy, deliverance, signs, wonders, and miracles that are essential expressions of the gospel message. A gospel without power is not good news!
-
Our Identity Flows From Grace. The cross made us whole, changing our identity so we are no longer defined by performance, but by His profound love and grace. We delight to share this life-giving truth with others.
-
We are a Family. Our desire is that anyone who visits one of our gatherings encounters family and friendship. As people get to know us and our leadership style, they’ll discover the safety of honor, love and encouragement.
-
Every Believer is a Minister. We desire to see every believer equipped and released to love like Jesus loves and minister like He did. We long to see every believer hear the voice of the Lord, and live in all God has promised.
-
We Need Each Other. We were created incomplete by God’s design, which means that we need the gifts and callings that others carry in order for us to fulfill our assignments and come to full maturity.
-
We Love our City. It is our privilege and joy to serve our city and region with acts of kindness, as well as a real hope for unity and blessing. We invite the love, grace and power of God to invade our city.
-
We Value Community. We see community as a context for growing to spiritual maturity. In our interaction with one another, we learn to be patient and kind, so we will act more like Jesus.
-
Raising Up The Next Generation. We believe in imparting all that we have to the next generation, so they can experience even more of the fullness of Christ and be fully equipped for ministry and leadership.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
-
The Bible - We believe that the Bible is the truth. It is the inspired, infallible Word of God and is the final authority for our faith and conduct.
-
The Trinity - We believe in the one true God, existing in three Persons as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-
The Holy Spirit - We believe that the Holy Spirit is as active in the world and Church today as in the lives of the first apostles, and the gifts He has given to the church continue to operate.
-
Salvation - We believe that salvation is necessary for everyone because of Adam & Eve’s sin and salvation is only possible through Christ’s death and resurrection, taking on Himself the penalty for our sins. Salvation will produce good works, but good works are not a requirement for salvation.
-
Baptism - We believe that all Christians should follow Christ’s example and be baptized by immersion in water after their salvation experience.
-
Spiritual Power - We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as an act following salvation which equips a believer in the gifts of the spirit and empowers them for evangelism, service in the Kingdom and living a victorious life.
-
Healing - We believe that God is able to heal our physical bodies. We believe this does not exclude God’s acting through natural means such as medicine and doctors as provision for our healing.
-
Fivefold Ministry - We believe that God has called, commissioned, and equipped the five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers which are given to the Church.
